A serial entrepreneur, Matt has spent his last twelve years helping to grow Northwest technology startups, both from the product and business sides. In 2003 he co-founded ActiveRain, largest social network for real estate professionals, currently with over 160,000 members. Serving as President and CEO until late 2007, Matt's vision led to ActiveRain's rapid growth and lead to him twice being named as one of the 100 most influential people in the real estate industry. More recently he launched Timu.com, a social media platform for amateur sports teams, as well as being involved in several other online ventures. Matt holds a Bachelors in computer science from The Evergreen State College.

Over the past ten years Damon has founded and operated several successful online startups including Homes Discovered and IncredibleAgents.com, one of the largest review sites for real estate agents. He is the CEO of DDP Interactive, a AZ based company specializing in developing unique Internet based brands. His creative skills and keen business acumen have consistently allowed him to develop Internet businesses without the need for external capital, while outpacing heavily funded competition. Damon graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Political Science.
