I think the most important one on the list is the last, the numbers Bill Bryant goes through help identify the startup hurdle and set expectations for a game-changing company. 

While Bryant is speaking from the perspective of a VC, the metrics he goes over in basic napkin math identify the types of financial structures any entrepreneur should know... simply so they know what they are trying to build (or the value of what they already have built. )
